Conference center

The conference centre at Cercle Cité offers an exceptionally refined setting for your company events, making for unforgettable moments with colleagues and clients. We dispose of four flexible and combinable meeting rooms, suitable for congresses, seminars, workshops and meetings, as well as two auditoriums for more bespoke events. Designed with the comfort of visitors in mind, these spaces are equipped with highly efficient multimedia systems (sound, image). The various meeting rooms can hold up to 250 guests in total.

The architectural masterpiece of the conference centre, the Auditorium Cité can host up to 150 people. Occupying the upper part of the building, the auditorium is housed in a freely suspended metal construction above the restaurant Aka. This particular layout lends it outstanding acoustics and comfort.

Featuring a control room, two interpreters’ booths, a cinema sound-system and a recording device, the space is designed for internationally relevant events that may need to be broadcast across different media.

A place to relax and make cultural discoveries, Cercle Cité also plans to use the space to organise conference series, round table discussions, conferences, projections and more.

The glass footbridge above rue Genistre connects the Auditorium Cité with the Bar Foyer, which can be rented for cocktail receptions after the event.
