During this special evening, Jennifer Olding from The Happy Guts' Company is introducing the public to the diverse methods of fermentation, such as lacto-, mold and acid fermentation and its health benefits. After demonstrating lactofermentation during the preparation of kimchi in the kitchen of Cercle Cité, the participants are invited to sample different type of fermented products from the range of The Happy Guts' Company in the historical Bar Foyer.
