Wat hunn d’Bierger an der Stad Lëtzebuerg am Mëttelalter giess?
No menus have survived from the Middle Ages, but enough information can be gleaned from archaeological finds and above all from the town council's account books to tell us what food was eaten in the 14th and 15th centuries and where it came from.
